We can't recommend Zach and his team enough. We had previously had a poor experience with a different company and felt defeated when we called PuroClean. Zach came over and immediately made us feel heard, understood, and put us at ease about our mold situation. He was upfront about his timeframe and the process and also worked with us to fit us in as quickly as possible. Zach provided realistic expectations and his team was efficient and respectful. After the remediation Zach continued to give advice and recommendations to help us try and wrap up this situation as easily as we could.
